All access to our facilities is controlled. Driver's licenses and truck licenses are recorded while incoming truck drivers wait in a staging area.
Each facility is assigned a designated sanitarian who guarantees maintenance of SSOP which is ProPacific Fresh's internal program of Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures. Highlights of this program include ensuring the following:
