Security/Sanitation

All access to our facilities is controlled. Driver's licenses and truck licenses are recorded while incoming truck drivers wait in a staging area.

Each facility is assigned a designated sanitarian who guarantees maintenance of SSOP which is ProPacific Fresh's internal program of Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures. Highlights of this program include ensuring the following:


· Proper cleanliness and sanitation of warehouse and related areas
· Pre-op inspection of operational areas and equipment
· Proper maintenance of refrigeration units
· Proper attire of associates, including hairnets, gloves, and safe work area
